Large 8vo (225 x 170 mm). Illustrated with 12 color and numerous black and white illustrations by John R. Neill. Original emerald green cloth, pictorial paper label to upper cover, edges yellow, dust jacket. Endpapers darkened, head and tail of spine bumped; jacket with corners clipped, chipping with some loss at corners, head and tail of spine, 2 x 2 cm loss to upper edge of lower panel with tape remnants on verso, thumbsoiling.
FIRST EDITION, with color illustration pages coated on both sides. Hanff/Green XXI.
