The following rates of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

For all Sales categories excluding Wine, Coins & Medals and Motor Cars and Motorcycles

Buyer's Premium Rates
27.5% on the first £2,500 of the hammer price;
25% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £2,500 up to and including £300,000;
20% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £300,000 up to and including £3,000,000;
and 13.9% of the hammer price of any amounts in excess of £3,000,000.

Wine

22% of the Hammer Price

Coins & Medals

20% on the first £70,000 of the Hammer Price
15% on the excess over £70,001 of the Hammer Price

Motor Cars and Motorcycles (excluding Automobilia)

15% on the first £500,000 of the Hammer Price
12% on the excess over £500,001 of the Hammer Price

On certain Lots marked 'AR' in the catalog an Additional Premium will be payable by the Buyer for royalties relating to the Artists Resale Right Regulations 2006 currently:

Hammer Price
From €0 to €50,000 Percentage 4%
From €50,000.01 to €200,000 Percentage 3%
From €200,000.01 to €350,000 Percentage 1%
From €350,000.01 to €500,000 Percentage 0.5%
Exceeding €500,000 Percentage 0.25%

For each Sale category VAT at the current rate of 20% will be added to the Buyer's Premium and charges excluding Artists Resale Right.

Charges payable by the Buyer for costs such as storage, removal and transport of a Lot are detailed in each catalog.
